1. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering an affiliate or advertiser account with AOTrack ("the Network"), you agree to be bound by all the terms, policies, and operating rules detailed in this agreement. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.

2. Publisher & Affiliate Obligations

• Affiliates must provide accurate and verifiable account information during registration.
• All traffic generated must comply with GEO, source, and vertical restrictions defined per offer.
• Strictly prohibited traffic includes: automated bots, proxy/VPN fraud, incent traffic on non-incent offers, spamming, and copyright infringement.
• Any affiliate caught generating fraudulent clicks or leads will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

3. Payments & Payout Terms

Payouts are issued according to your agreed payment schedule (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Net-15/Net-30) after passing traffic quality verification. Minimum payout thresholds apply based on the selected withdrawal method (USDT Crypto, Wire Transfer, Capitalist, etc.).

All brand assets, software, logos, designs, UI elements, and proprietary tracking technologies on this website are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
